  15. How about this:  developers are morally excluded from having to pay the fee.

  17. In my notion of fairness, this is Fair.  Developers who provide documentation
  18. that can only be read by ST-guide are supporting it much more than a donation
  19. would.  Not everyone shares this notion however.  At least one of us here
  20. thinks that developers should actually pay MORE than regular users.  How we
  21. resolve this is tricky, and the only solution I see is to ask Holger for *his*
  22. definition of fairness.  I'm not even sure of the fairness for the USER of
  23. a freeware program to have to register accompanying `fairware' to use it
  24. to read the freeware documentation.
